Lead and shape the strategic direction of the Intermediary business by guiding a high‑performing team of business strategy analysts. In this role, you’ll translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform enterprise‑level decisions. You’ll play a critical role in identifying opportunities, evaluating competitive and product strategies, and helping the business stay ahead in a rapidly evolving market.

This is a highly visible leadership role for a strategic thinker who enjoys developing people, telling compelling stories with data, and driving meaningful outcomes.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Build and lead a high‑impact strategy team by hiring, coaching, and developing analysts, setting clear performance expectations, and fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and excellence.

  • Drive Intermediary business strategy by overseeing strategic planning efforts and delivering data‑driven insights that influence business priorities and long‑term direction.

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to understand key business challenges and opportunities, ensuring analytical work is focused on the decisions that matter most.

  • Guide complex strategic analysis by assigning resources and leading competitive, market, and product evaluations.

  • Turn insight into action by synthesizing findings into clear recommendations and presenting to senior leadership through executive‑level presentations, whitepapers, and briefings.

  • Elevate strategic storytelling by reviewing team deliverables and coaching analysts on how to effectively consult with and influence senior leaders.

  • Ensure analytical excellence by validating data quality and transforming complex information into compelling narratives with practical business implications.

  • Stay ahead of industry and market trends, recommending new capabilities or enhancements that strengthen the business.

  • Contribute beyond the core role through special projects and enterprise initiatives as needed.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of eight years related work experience. Prior experience in strategy consulting and financial analysis preferred. Prior supervisory experience preferred.

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree or PhD preferred.
