The Paris office manages several European investment strategies focused on prime high-street, luxury retail properties, and is expanding into other sectors such as logistics and student accommodation.

We are seeking a candidate to assume asset management responsibilities for approximately 20 prime retail properties located in major capital cities across Continental Europe, with the opportunity to extend their reach to other asset classes as the business grows.

The candidate will work closely with other teams, including senior leadership, fund management, transactions and finance, with the objective of maximizing the performance of the assets.

How you'll spend your time..

Strategic Planning & Performance

  • Develop and manage business plans including asset enhancement and performance objectives.

  • Conduct on-site property visits with local advisors, leasing agents, project managers, and property managers.

  • Evaluate property performance and implement corrective action plans as needed.

  • Resolve escalated issues, tenant complaints, and service provider problems.

Leasing & Management:

  • Drive leasing activities and negotiate leases.

  • Manage and supervise the execution of capital expenditure (capex) budgets. 

  • Ensure the coherency of portfolio-level data and working tools in collaboration with the property manager and analyst, including tenancy schedules, lease expiry profiles and annual budgets.

  • Contribute to quarterly fund and asset management reporting and annual cash-flow projections.

To be successful in this role you will have..

  • Proven experience in real estate asset management, with a focus on European retail properties.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel within an international framework. 

  • Fluency in English; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.

  • Willingness to travel regularly across Europe.
