🧭 Your Role

As a Customer Solutions Manager, you will:

  • Lead a team to identify opportunities, design solutions, and increase win rates.
  • Coach and develop team members to confidently lead pursuits and ask critical questions that strengthen solution quality and award probability.
  • Ensure solution teams are well‑informed, positioned for success, and recognized as key partners in opportunity management.
  • Act as an escalation point to remove barriers, standardize processes, and enhance overall performance.
  • Monitor opportunity pipelines, balance workload distribution, and optimize team efficiency.
  • Collaborate continuously with Heads of Integrated Sales to identify opportunities and drive joint initiatives.
  • Work cross‑functionally to align solutions, improve efficiency, and support business growth. 🤝
