As the Head of Business Transformation & Harmonization (m/f/d), you will lead the central team of Project Managers in charge of highly and complex integrative projects.
Your key responsibilities include:
Cross-Functional Leadership: Ensure that business concepts for highly integrative initiatives are clearly defined, aligned and implemented across all work streams within our global business transformation program as well as the transition architecture including old legacy systems.
Project Ownership: Take full accountability for identifying and leading highly integrative projects and executing selected projects by your own.
Harmonization of Business Requirements: Collaborate with our sales regional teams to harmonize business requirements, shaping the future releases (new template) or change requests (old legacy systems) of our global process template to maximize business value.
Project Management Excellence: Establish and continuously refine project management methodologies, utilizing agile, waterfall or hybrid approaches as appropriate for each project.
Strategic anchoring: Ensure that strategic direction for each project is in place or developed and aligned on business-side. For projects without one natural business owner you establish the needed future ownership inside the business organization.
Team Leadership: You actively support and develop the team of (Senior) Project Managers and closely collaborate with your peers.
Collaboration with Stakeholders: Finally, you and your team will be a central partner to our ITS business units, ensuring timely and comprehensive involvement of all stakeholders from the business, compliance, and IT areas.
You have a degree in business informatics, industrial engineering & management or business administration
You have gained initial leadership experience in a corresponding line function or by leading larger project teams in business transformation context
You have at least five years of relevant work experience in the areas of project management, process management or lean management.
A deep understanding of sales processes in the industrial sector (B2B) characterizes your profile
You possess strong methodological (project-, lean- and/or quality-management) and analytical skills as well as the necessary sensitivity for the human side
Your team-oriented approach, implementation strength, and self-initiative distinguish you
Fluency in German and English distinguishes you
You see yourself as a supporter of your employees and a partner of the business areas to achieve the best possible common goals
