Your Role: Own the Challenge

In this role, you will lead supply planning, inventory management, and resource management activities for the regional distribution center and local sales organization. You will drive planning initiatives aimed at improving on-time delivery performance and reducing lead times, while ensuring alignment with inventory targets and supply plans..

The work model for the role is: Onsite

Global relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.

This role is contributing to the the ELSB Transformers Business Line in Nogales.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and own the site supply planning process.
• Provide visibility into supply capacity and local supply objectives within the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
• Manage the short-term planning process and/or Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) process, ensuring seamless alignment between planning and execution.
• Support the profitable execution of customer orders in close coordination with business functions and supply units (feeder factories).

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Planning, Fulfillment, and Logistics.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced English and Spanish language skills.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Availability for occasional travel; a valid U.S. visa and passport are preferred.
• APICS certification is considered an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree completed.
