POSITION SUMMARY
The Regional Implementation Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of projects and initiatives within their assigned region, including the rollout and seamless integration of our latest PIMS software update. This role works closely with Practice Managers to provide training, support, and guidance on change management and implementation strategies. By fostering collaboration and providing on-the-ground support, the Regional Implementation Manager ensures smooth adoption of initiatives while building strong relationships with key team members. This role also acts as a critical feedback channel between the support center, field teams, and leadership to drive continuous improvement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Train and support Practice Managers on new initiatives and projects, ensuring clear understanding and effective implementation.
Guide Practice Managers on change management strategies to help teams navigate transitions successfully.
Lead the regional implementation of PIMS software, ensuring smooth adoption through hands-on, in-person support.
Provide PIMS training and support to Practice Managers and clinic teams, resolving challenges and enhancing workflow efficiency.
Coach and develop Practice Managers on best practices and innovative approaches to project execution.
Travel to clinics within the region to provide hands-on support and ensure successful adoption of initiatives.
Build and maintain relationships with high-priority team members, offering tailored support to address specific needs and challenges.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on assigned projects and initiatives, providing training and expertise to Practice Managers and clinic team members.
Act as a liaison between the support center and field teams, gathering feedback to inform leadership and improve future planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure consistency in implementation.
Monitor project progress, identify obstacles, and work with teams to develop solutions that meet organizational goals.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and develop others.
Proficiency in creating and delivering training materials and presentations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship-building and collaboration.
Experience with change management principles and strategies.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Familiarity with project management tools and practices.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities.
Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer, without restrictions.
Experience with veterinary practice management software (PIMS systems) and strong technology proficiency.
Veterinary clinic experience preferred, with an understanding of clinic operations and workflows.
Strong functional knowledge of financial metrics, including COGS, P&L, and labor cost management.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for sedentary work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for light work.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
This role will require up to 60% travel within different regions to provide on-site support.
This role is fully remote.
