About This Role
Our goal is to ensure that our technologies work in harmony with each employee, whether that's an intern, full-time employee, contractor or high-level executive. As a Helpdesk Engineer at Lumio, you will analyze information, customize technologies, and usage of assigned products to determine the best way to resolve the end user’s issue.
Overall Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting Computers, Printers, Software, Network and related equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, etc)
Assist with onboarding of new users
Keep inventory of all hardware, software, and licensed users
Understand compliance and information security within systems and user devices
Perform other needed job tasks as requested by leadership
Qualifications
2+ years of Helpdesk or similar experience
Able to quickly acknowledge, align and resolve a variety of complex technical issues asked by end users
Knowledgeable and capable to support a range of Apple and Windows products including MacOS, Windows, Microsoft, Google, Salesforce, and Okta
Experience administering software such as, Google Workspace, Okta, and MDM’s (Jamf, Intone, etc) is preferred
Ability to install, configure and support operating systems on desktop and mobile (Windows, MacOS, Android, iOS)
Strong drive to provide excellent end user service and experience, with an awareness to the prioritization of tasks, stakeholders, budget, and efficiency
Ability to identify and provide positive and constructive feedback
Ability to multitask with ease, effectively prioritize tasks and be a self-starter
Excellent communication and customer service skills (both verbal and written)
Demonstrated tech-savviness; Prior technical exposure or interest
