This Position reports to:
Channel Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities
1. Familiar with channel data analysis, including business data and Rebate data processing and analysis, while providing channel strategy suggestions for the sales team, assisting in coordinating market sales and marketing plans, and optimizing channel policies.
2. Channel expansion and relationship maintenance: Responsible for developing new channels, establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with channel partners, providing training and support, and enhancing cooperation efficiency.
3. Channel Operation and Performance Management: Coordinate daily channel operations, monitor sales data, analyze channel performance, and optimize operational processes.
4. Team collaboration and comprehensive support: It is necessary to maintain close communication with the business department, regional offices, and other internal teams to achieve efficient collaboration.
Qualifications for the Role
1.Bachelor's degree or above.
2.At least 3 years of experience in sales data analysis or channel management in the manufacturing/industrial industry, or similar work experience, proficient in establishing and optimizing channel systems, including ERP, CRM, and other systems.
3. Familiar with data processing tasks and proficiency in using Power BI.
4. Possess excellent communication skills, sales techniques, and a strong sense of teamwork, with the ability to complete tasks independently and demonstrate strong execution.
5. Fluent in English, able to meet English office requirements.
