As a Senior Product Designer (f/m/d) in one of our cross-functional teams, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to solve complex product challenges and create intuitive, scalable solutions. 

Your Responsibilities: 

• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs to communicate design ideas effectively.

• Plan and conduct research initiatives, test your designs, and leverage insights to inform day-to-day design and product decisions. 

• Collaborate with the Product Design team to define the next generation of SIV products, integrating advanced process automation. 

• Contribute to the SIV design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency across all applications.

What You Bring: 

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design. 

• A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered and intuitive design solutions. 

• Expertise in Figma for design, prototyping and managing design system. 

• Hands-on experience in planning and conducting user research and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize user experiences. 

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken English (German is a plus).
