So how can you contribute as part of the ShareFile team? We are searching for someone who can help us make a little magic for our customers and their clients every day. In the Senior Sales Executive role, you will service our Financial Services Enterprise customers to manage their accounts and generate new business. This includes:

  • Owning both the strategic and tactical components for the accounts you are assigned to, for both existing ARR and new business, while maintaining and growing business success across the customer journey

  • Understanding use cases and how to sell across multiple lines of business with a focus on the Business & Professional Services industry for organizations with over 5,000 employees

  • Understanding an account’s needs and applying an understanding of ShareFile products, sales methodology, processes, prospecting techniques, and customer base to sell to end-users

  • Leading and executing customer engagement programs, such as nurture, social, webinar campaigns, and customer Quarterly Business Reviews.

  • Creating customer-specific content solution outcomes and applying value-based selling methodology

  • Cooperating with internal resources and partners to deliver onboarding and adoption strategies across products and customer segments.

  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver a coordinated customer onboarding and adoption journey

  • Investing time and effort into learning and practicing prospecting techniques, while following up on inbound leads, qualifying, solution selling, negotiation, and closing sales

  • For the existing customer base, calling on and developing relationships with an emphasis on new product sales to our customer base. Account expansion and retention activities include cross-selling into new areas, solution selling, negotiation, and closing

  • Providing accurate and timely opportunity forecasting for net new and current annual recurring revenue

  • Travel to support customers as needed

Basic Qualifications:

  • University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience; or a Master’s degree with 3 years; or a PhD without experience

  • Experience working with working with Customer Success teams on SaaS B2B, experience with a CRM system, and practical knowledge of project management

  • Occasional travel required (~15%)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Industrial & Professional Services industry, including Manufacturing and construction. & Real Estate customers

  • Experience with Salesforce

  • Experience with detailed data analysis

  • Experience identifying and working with C-level contacts preferred

  • Experience in a high-tech, direct sales, and procurement environment with a demonstrated track record of success in driving customer adoption of technology is preferred

Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance. NYC generally ranges; $123,699-$137,443 CA generally ranges; $129,076-$143,418 All other locations fall under our General State range; $107,564-$119,515 Benefits may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Cloud Software Group and the country where you work. U.S. based employees are typically offered access to healthcare, life insurance and disability benefits, 401(k) plan and company match, among others.
