This position will be responsible for the management of shrimp products, portfolio and solutions, supporting and collaborating with supply, technical, production, quality, sales and marketing communication teams to ensure that Skretting's innovative products and solutions meet customer needs and are successfully launched in the market. At the same time, strengthening the brand's competitive position in the market and driving the continuous improvement of the company's profitability.

Job Description:

• Conduct in-depth research on target markets, carry out market research and competitive analysis, collect and analyze market data.
• Develop the shrimp feed product line’s development plan based on regulations, market trends, customer needs, and company strategy.
• Manage and maintain the existing product portfolio, collaborate with the technical and sales team to advance new product development, ensuring products and solutions meet market demands and are competitive.
• Stay informed about market trends and farming models, and participate in defining product positioning, pricing, value proposition and market promotion strategies.
• Work closely with the global team and local production, quality and marketing communication departments to ensure smooth implementation of products from R&D to market launch and provide training and support to the sales team.
• Collaborate with regional sales team to plan product performance validation, organize field trials, collect successful case studies, and create promotional materials.
• Work closely with sales and maintain communication with key customers, collect feedback to drive product optimization and upgrades, ensuring continuous customer satisfaction.
• Organize and participate in customer meetings, technical seminars, and other activities to promote product features, advantages, effects, and benefits to farmers and distributors.
