VitalAire Korea Inc.의 홈헬스케어 상담 간호사는 만성 호흡기 질환 환자 및 가족에게 맞춤형 홈 헬스케어 상담 및 교육을 제공하여 환자의 삶의 질 향상과 자가 관리 역량 강화를 지원합니다.

Call consulting with internal and external customers. Internal customers is for VAK employees, providing customer's information, managing their schedule, consulting for any problem. External customers is for real customers, consulting for rent a machine, related with some documents, patient's condition, and how to use the machine properly, and so on.

Total consult care for patients who have discharged to their home or nursing home with home ventilator & oxygen concentrator to let them keep using the machine safely based on diverse professional knowledge(equipments check, evaluate the patients’ condition and ventilator using status, feedback to medical staffs, etc.)

Consult patients with sleep apnea to help them use CPAP (continuous positive pressure) machines effectively and maximize treatment benefits.

It is also 24/7 call should be maintained, to handle customers’ service requests and their dissatisfaction over-night and on weekend.

It is the duty to Review customer documents and enter the customer's information into Techcare CX, ERPand related the computerized system.

• 의료기기 이용 고객 상담 및 관리: 전화 상담, 카카오/카이린 앱 1:1 상담 채널 관리, 고객 정보 관리

• 의료기기 및 소모품 관리: 의료기기 교체/반납 관리, 소모품 판매/발송/주문 관리

• 업무 협업 및 일정 조율: 관련 부서(영업, 가정방문팀, 컨설턴트 등)와의 소통 및 일정 조율

• 서류 및 처방전 관리: 갱신 처방전 및 관련 서류 관리

Are you a MATCH?

자격 요건

• 간호학 전공 전문학사 학위 이상 소지자

• 간호사 면허증 보유자

• 병원 임상 경력 2년 이상 보유자

• 우대 사항: CS, CX, 상담 업무 경력 보유자  ​

근무 조건

• 근무 시간: 09:00 - 18:00 (휴게시간 12:00 ~ 13:00)
