What will you do

As the Product Owner for the RFID Service Bureau and Supply Chain, part of the Sensormatic’s Global Solutions Management team, you will lead setting product direction, pricing models, and features and related services. This position will serve in a traditional software product lifecycle management capacity with pronounced focus on evaluating and driving product offerings including AI/ML offerings, becoming the go-to person in this area through driving more data-oriented thinking among internal and external stakeholders. This role is pivotal in delivering seamless, efficient, and intuitive experiences across our SaaS/PaaS offerings.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, UX, operations, and customer success—to translate customer needs and business goals into a compelling product vision and deliver measurable value. This is a high-impact role with visibility across senior leadership and global customer-facing teams.

How you will do it

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and own the product vision and roadmap for the Service Bureau and Supply Chain modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
• Own Product Roadmap: Define and own the product roadmap for the Service Bureau and Supply Chain offering, aligning with company goals and customer needs, and prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value, technical feasibility, and market demand.
• Outside-In Perspective: Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and validate product direction.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, RFID hardware teams, customer success, and retail operations to ensure seamless integration between software and physical infrastructure.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics and customer feedback to prioritize features that improve provisioning speed, accuracy, and user satisfaction.
• Compliance & Security: Ensure all solutions meet data privacy, security, and compliance standards relevant to global retail operations.
• Go-To-Market: Support go-to-market activities, including sales enablement, pricing strategy, and product documentation.

What we look for

• BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline required. MBA or Master is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a SaaS or PaaS environment or Supply Chain technology.
• Experience of Agile methodologies, preferably SAFe.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, supply chain, or inventory management.
• Experience with RFID, IoT, or data analytics platforms is a strong plus.
• Problem solving – identifying and developing solutions based on existing processes or systems.
• Detail-oriented and self-driven, with strong group facilitation and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical workflows into simple, user-friendly solutions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira Align, Jira, Confluence, Figma, and product analytics platforms.
• A customer-focused, self-driven mindset with a passion for delivering scalable, high-impact solutions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, open and collaborative environment as well as work independently and to manage own self-development and learning, as well as mentoring others within the team.

Relevant qualifications

• Experience in retail technology, supply chain, or inventory management systems.
• Background in UX, systems integration, enterprise onboarding and provisioning, or device provisioning.
• Experience with RFID technology or IoT provisioning.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), API-based integrations, and data visualization tools.
• Certifications such as SAFe POPM, CSPO, or PMI-ACP.
