Job Description:

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who has a strong background in software engineering, with experience working in an agile engineering team and always keen on getting into modern technologies. You will be working on a challenging project that will require high attention to details, critical thinking, problem solving skills, and innovation. Your team impacts engineering our delivery by continuous optimization and improvements, responsible for large-scale infrastructure and applications management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 6 years + of hands-on experience in DevOps, infrastructure, or related roles.
  • Proven record of accomplishment of successfully implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong experience with AWS
  • Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  • Experience building and maintaining Kubernetes clusters (K8s).
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting complex systems and identifying performance bottlenecks.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Certifications in relevant areas (e.g., AWS, GCP, Kubernetes) are a plus.


Skills:
 

- Extensive experience with core AWS services, including (RDS, ALB, NLB, EKS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, IAM, S3, Secret Manager)
- Design, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines. Specially Jenkins pipelines using groovy.
- Understanding of GitOps concepts and experience in tools like ArgoCD.

- Familiarity with tools like Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience through developing and maintaining infrastructure using Terraform or similar tools.
- Kubernetes (K8s) Cluster Administration:
- Troubleshooting skills by analyzing system logs, metrics, and traces to identify issues, resolve incidents promptly and efficiently, collaborate with development teams to address performance bottlenecks.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation
- Share knowledge with team members and contribute to internal wikis.
