Genmab is searching for an Intern, Business Support Assistant, who will report to the Manager Business Support and provide general administrative support to several research departments here at Genmab's R&D site in Utrecht. Your tasks include managing calendars, arranging meetings, and booking travel. In addition to these core administrative duties, you will also be responsible for ad-hoc work including, but not limited to, planning large group meetings and organizing team events as needed.

Responsibilities

 

  • General administrative support to several research departments
  • Manage calendars, arrange meetings
  • Arrange business travel (flights and hotels) and expenses
  • Assist with creating Word documents, PowerPoint presentations and Excel worksheets
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations

 

Requirements

 

  • You are currently enrolled in a relevant administrative degree connected to a Dutch School (e.g. MBO degree at Schoevers, ROC or Scheidegger)
  • MS office skills (preferably MS Office 365)
  • Good communication skills both verbally and written in Dutch and English
  • Ability to support multiple people and projects and to multi-task
  • A team player with demonstrated ability to collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders.
