The Manager will work collaboratively with Premier's Strategic Collaborative Team in the development and delivery of materials for bundled payment collaboratives. Duties will include reviewing and analyzing the client's monthly financial performance. The Manager will summarize the overall projected financial and quality performance and identify potential areas of improvement opportunity. This information will be synthesized into a cohesive presentation for various audiences. Responsibilities include support of client needs for bundled payment participation, complete and provide quality assurance when reviewing data analyses; interpret data analyses and form initial recommendations and solutions for consideration; and perform project management tasks as needed. The Manager must be comfortable with data analytics and highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibility #1– 90%
Serves as a key contact for clients in the Collaborative
Shares knowledge with clients regarding CMS value-based models
Analyzes data to drive quality and patient outcome improvement
Manage collaborative member recruitment, risk and retention efforts
Engages with Premier advocacy team to provide policy support
Provides subject matter expertise as needed
Responsibility #2 – 10%
Manages various workstream components, as assigned
Contributes to overall Collaborative project deliverables
Required Qualifications
Work Experience:
Years of Applicable Experience - 5 or more yearsEducation:
High School (Required)
Skills:
Action-oriented initiative
Data analytics and interpretation of results
Understanding of value-based payment models
Experience:
5 Years applicable experience
Value-based care in oncology is a plus
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience delivering presentations to all group sizes
Education:
Master’s degree
