Your New Role

Our Stock Associates understand that the customer is at the heart of everything we do. We are One Team who champion customer experience and every task and process we deliver in service of that. Our efficiency and ‘Can-do attitude’ allow us to get stock in the right place at the right time every day for our customers.
Role & accountabilities
- Receive deliveries and direct it to the appropriate channels
- Pick and prepare stock and deliver it to the right area
- Work together with the Retail Associates to ensure we have the right stock in the right place at the right time
- Support with all Stock Integrity actions including stock counts, cycle counts and write offs. As well as maintaining clean and tidy stock rooms and ensuring losses are kept to a minimum.
- Ensure H&S procedures are being adhered to at all times
- Proactively engage with and assist customers
- Operate a Forklift and WAV Machine at height to pick stock (training provided)
The Essentials
- Effective, confident communication, engaging proactively with visitors and colleagues
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment ideally in a store or warehouse
- Builds positive relationships with those around them
- Open to and acts on feedback
- Able to work independently and use initiative to make own decisions
Working Pattern
- Contracts range from 32 to 40 hours per week, and you will be required to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Your normal hours of work are between 6am and 10:30pm . Occasionally working hours could run until 12am for which you will be notified in advance.

Department Overview
Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter is the only place in the world to showcase the authentic sets, props and behind-the-scenes secrets of the Harry Potter films at the location where they were made. WBSTL was awarded Best Large Attraction UK in 2022 and we make every moment special for our visitors.
Onsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement, where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
