The Senior Service Technician – Customer Support will assist internal and external customers by phone, email or in-person to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair refuse collection equipment. This role is primarily remote with regular travel within your respective East or West Coast region.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Support customers by troubleshooting technical issues on refuse vehicles and identifying actions to resolve them.
  • Communicate service-related documentation, such as field bulletins, information notices and product updates to customers.
  • Maintain professional relationships with customers and other departments.
  • Lead training sessions to help customers get the most out of their equipment.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Five (5) years of experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing vehicles or heavy/industrial equipment.
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. passport.

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS

  • Seven (7) years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in a contact center or hands-on equipment repair.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal or written communication skills.
