Roles and Responsibilities:
· Provides expertise in analyzing learning needs and designing training solutions tailored to business or functional objectives. Focuses on technical and commercial training essential for specific business areas or functions.
· Develops commercial expertise across multiple countries, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer segments. Influences strategy and ensures effective execution across diverse sales territories.
· Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services. Leverages industry trends to support informed decision-making.
· Leads cross-functional initiatives to develop creative solutions for complex projects, product lines, markets, or customer challenges. Evaluates the quality of information and critically assesses conflicting data for analysis.
· Operates as a lean, centralized core team; closely partners with subject matter experts and learning champions across Business Units (BUs) to leverage their specialized knowledge and scale training impact.
· Utilizes internal and external resources across functions and BUs to support decision-making and content development.
· Manates a small, specialized team while influencing a broader network of stakeholders and contributors outside of direct reporting lines.
· Communicates complex messages and negotiates internally to influence perspectives and drive action. May engage with external partners or vendors as needed.
Required Qualifications:
· Significant experience in Sales and Training Design and Delivery. Knowledge level equivalent to a Master’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
· Strong oral and written communication skills.
· Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
· Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
· Demonstrated ability to lead programs and projects.
· Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
· Established project management skills.
