Como Líder de área de Operaciones Analíticas de Comprimidos las funciones principales son:

  • Gestionar los recursos humanos y técnicos para asegurar la correcta ejecución de las actividades analíticas en el área bajo su responsabilidad, asegurando el cumplimiento con los plazos acordados para cada actividad (análisis de liberación de producto, análisis de lotes de estabilidad, transferencias analíticas, validaciones…)

  • Asegurar la correcta gestión e investigación de Incidencias, Investigaciones de laboratorio y Desviaciones en el área bajo su responsabilidad así como la definición y ejecución de CAPAs robustas que eviten la recurrencia de los problemas.

  • Promover y gestionar la mejora continua en su ámbito de influencia, alineada a los objetivos e iniciativas estratégicas de fábrica, integrando las herramientas de OneGPs en el día a día de la unidad de OAC y el departamento de Control de Calidad

  • Velar por el cumplimiento de las normas de EHS asociadas al área. Colaborar en la identificación de nuevas soluciones y tecnologías aplicables a las actividades de Control de Calidad.

  • Participar en la elaboración, aprobación y/o autorización de procedimientos, métodos analíticos y resto de documentación del Departamento. Supervisar y verificar el cumplimiento de estos procedimientos.

  • Intervención en la preparación y defensa de aquellas auditorías o inspecciones en las que la participación sea requerida, así como realización de autoinspecciones dentro del departamento.

  • Liderar/Integrar los proyectos con visión transversal, fomentando el trabajo en equipo, identificando comportamientos como motivar, focalizar, proteger, desarrollar, dar claridad, toma de decisiones, retar, buscar la mejora y entregar.

Requisitos:

  • Titulación en Ciencias: Química, Farmacia, Biología, Ingeniería o similares.
  • Nivel de inglés avanzado, equivalente a C1.
  • Experiencia en industria farmacéutica.
