About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced strategic Senior Account Director to join our Publisher Client Services team at TripleLift. This role is critical in driving the success of our publishers by developing innovative strategies, optimizing processes, and fostering deep relationships. You will be the primary point of contact for our crown jewel publisher partners, driving adoption of our products & solutions, optimizing monetization strategies, and ensuring long-term success. You will work cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Solutions, Business Development, Marketing, and Partner Management teams to deliver best-in-class service and maximize revenue opportunities. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic leadership and client success: Serve as the trusted advisor for key publisher partners, developing strong relationships and understanding their business needs.
  • Team development and management: Build, train, and lead a high-performing team of Account Managers to support publisher success and market expansion.
  • Consultative partnership & revenue growth: Provide data-driven, consultative solutions that align with publisher business objectives, unlocking new revenue opportunities.
  • Cross-functional coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, drive innovation, and enhance the publisher experience. 
  • Performance and revenue accountability: Establish and achieve quarterly revenue targets and key operational milestones to measure success and market impact. 
  • Platform and industry expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on TripleLift’s platform and industry trends, ensuring best practices are implemented across publisher engagements. 
  • Stakeholder engagement and thought leadership: Develop trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing guidance and insights that influence business outcomes. 
  • Travel and client engagement: Represent the company in client meetings, strategic business reviews, and industry events to reinforce partnerships and identify new opportunities. 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 7+ years of experience in publisher account management, client services, or a related role within the programmatic advertising or ad tech industry (SSP/ad network/CTV publisher preferred). 
  • Deep expertise in omnichannel programmatic monetization, ad serving, header bidding, SSP technologies, and evolving market trends. 
  • Sophisticated knowledge of the CTV publisher landscape, monetization, and market trends. 
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior standholders at digital publishers. 
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data and reporting tools to drive decision-making. 
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical thinking, and troubleshooting abilities. 
  • Proven ability to exceed revenue and growth targets in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.  
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Solutions, Sales, and Operations teams. 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. 
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing individuals.

US Jobs: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the TripleLift US salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of TripleLift’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include bonuses, an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

Pay is based on various non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, and skills.
