Head of Third Party Sales | 📍London – Hybrid 1-2 days in office | 💰Competitive Salary + Benefits

About the role

We’re looking for a Head of Third Party Sales to lead the turnaround and future growth of Moonpig Group’s third-party sales channels across e-tail, marketplaces, physical retail and Moonpig.com.

This is not a steady-state account management role. It is a hands-on commercial turnaround mandate for someone ambitious, commercially sharp and motivated by the chance to reset an underperforming but high-potential part of the business.

You’ll lead a team spanning both commercial account management and retail execution:

• Retail Partnerships: three account managers plus our Amazon agency, responsible for growing existing partners, improving commercial performance and expanding distribution through new e-tail and marketplace relationships.

• Retail Operations: the team responsible for taking physical gift experience products from concept through to store, ensuring the range is engaging for customers, commercially viable for partners and operationally efficient for Moonpig Group.

The role works across partners and channels including Amazon, Argos, John Lewis and Moonpig.com. The opportunity is to rethink how our experience gifts show up in third-party channels, working closely with Partner Management to build the right range, grow distribution and introduce new customers to our brands.

This role is about building the next version of third-party sales: expanding e-tail channels, finding new partners and reinventing the physical retail range so it is more engaging for customers and simpler for us to run.
