Join the ANZ Eminence team as a marketing specialist, collaborating with Accenture’s channel, segment, and account leaders to implement go-to-market strategies throughout Australia and New Zealand.

The Eminence team partners with specialists across various Marketing + Communications teams to enhance awareness and drive the journey from consideration to preference across ANZ. Our focus is on establishing Accenture as a preferred and respected brand by delivering distinctive experiences tailored to key local stakeholders. Additionally, we work closely with business leaders to ensure their priorities are fully aligned and integrated into our Marketing + Communications strategy and planning.

THE WORK:​ 

  • Lead data-driven marketing initiatives to advance Accenture’s Growth Drivers and key activities throughout the business.

  • Use data and market insights to measure campaign effectiveness, optimise marketing activities, and inform decision-making.

  • Take ownership of major campaigns, collaborating with other M+C teams to ensure alignment with local objectives and determining the necessary localisation approach.

  • Develop, execute, and manage integrated multi-channel campaigns (digital, content, events) for specific industries or services.

  • Work closely with business stakeholders and CRM teams to synchronize M+C efforts with business goals, connecting go-to-market strategies across industries and locations.

  • Collaborate with business leaders and marketing peers to create engagement and activation strategies that enhance relationships and establish Accenture and its leaders as prominent market experts.

  • Develop and sustain strong ties with the local business community, managing local Industry Associations.

  • Enhance brand positioning and foster client relationships through Accenture-owned events, forums, important ecosystem and association events.

  • Coordinate with global Industry teams to properly activate relevant industry thought leadership in ANZ.

  • Support the ANZ Marketing Lead in implementing planning, process management, reporting, and budgeting.

HERE'S WHAT YOU’LL NEED: ​ 

  • 7+ years marketing experience  

  • Demonstrated influencing skills and stakeholder engagement 

  • Ability to collaborate and work in a leveraged leadership model 

  • Creative thinking  

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE / PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES / PROFESSIONAL SKILLS 

  • Marketing or Business degree 

  • Creative and commercial thinker 

  • Ability to connect the dots
