We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Senior Technical Leader to join the Edge AI Solutions group at Analog Devices. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting, building, and leading the technical development of our future Edge AI platform. The platform will enable the development and deployment of machine learning models for the Edge, supporting the entire AI lifecycle, from edge-to-cloud data acquisition and ingestion to model training, deployment, and monitoring. You will lead a team of software developers through the development process and work closely with cross-functional teams to define software architectures and implementation strategies. Your expertise in large-scale system design, cloud architectures, and MLOps/DataOps will be crucial in driving our Edge AI platform forward.

Responsibilities:

  • Architect and design scalable AI platforms for Edge applications, ensuring robust and efficient system performance.
  • Lead the technical development of the Edge AI platform, defining product architecture, interfaces and implementation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, ML/MLOps engineers, Embedded Software Engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions for AI at the Edge.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Edge AI, MLOps, and software engineering and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering and proven track record of large-scale system design for software or AI systems.
  • Extensive experience leading technical development projects through the entire lifecycle, from conception to deployment.
  • Expertise in product development, cloud architectures, and MLOps/DataOps.
  • Expertise in containerization and orchestration using technologies such as Kubernetes
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, etc.)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Bonus: Experience with Edge AI products or platform development and familiarity with Edge AI optimization and runtime frameworks
