Roles & Responsibilities : 

  •  Perform monthly set up of commissionable participants (validation of New Hires, Promotions/Transfers, and Terminations), using our support tools.
  • On a monthly schedule, run the detailed process to calculate commissionable orders and pull results in accordance to global payroll timeframes.
  • Perform monthly audits of CaptivateIQ data to align with SOX requirements. Perform quarterly SOX audits of the CaptivateIQ,
  • Supervise and provide the appropriate action on orders that fall into system error.
  • Coordinate with Plan Operations and Compensation Analysts to ensure proper and accurate assignment of compensation plans.
  • Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to integrate updates as they are implemented into the production environment.
  • Investigate issue partner concerns and provide response to sales teams on inquiries as requested, ensuring issue and error resolution.
  • Create business reports that provide insight into key data points.
  • Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business report.


Qualifications :

  • 5 Plus years of proven experience as system administration, specifically with Sales Compensation (CaptivateIQ or Xactly)
  • Strong understanding of incentive compensation process and best practice
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to collaborate with cross functional teams
  • Detail-Oriented with focus on data accuracy
  • Prior experience with CRM and HRIS system integration is a plus
  • Proficient using reporting and analyst platform.
  • Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
  • Ability to use SQL and Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, graphs and charts
