The Opportunity 

Mindful Care is seeking a state-licensed master’s degree level Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide psychotherapy via telehealth. This position requires a self-motivated individual who can work in an active environment. Flexibility, ability to collaborate on a motivated team, excellent work ethic, and strong clinical skills are necessary.  

Responsibilities 

  • Provide individual, micro and group therapy services.  
  • Conduct Biopsychosocial Assessments 
  • Develop treatment plan with patients 
  • Provide on-going orientation about Mindful Urgent Care programs and services. 
  • Complete session notes within 72 hours 
  • Provide Group coverage for colleagues on an as needed basis 
  • Participate in monthly supervision and M&M sessions with the clinical team. 
  • Participate in orientation and training of new employees. 
  • Responsible for comprehensive case management services, discharge planning, continuing care services, education and referrals as needed. 
  • Provide clinical supervision to master's level Social Workers as needed. 
  • Uphold HIPAA, state, and federal confidentiality laws 
  • Performs all other duties as assigned by management. 

 Qualifications 

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York
  • Insurance-eligible through CMS 
  • Excellent communication, patient care, and leadership skills 
  • Ability to stay organized, multi-task, and time-manage 
  • Operate autonomously and with other team members 
  • Desire to work with diverse populations 
  • LGBTQ+ ally
  • Bilingual, and American Sign Language (ASL) are a plus

 Position & Schedule

  • Type: Regular Full-time, Exempt
  • Salary: $77,500 - $95,000 per annum
  • Location Type: Hybrid 4/10
  • Schedule Type:
    Tues & Thurs 10am-8pm, Wed & Fri 8am-6pm (Days in office TBD)
