💼 What You’ll Do:

• Recruit and onboard freelance linguists and localization experts.
• Maintain and manage linguist databases, performance records, and contact info.
• Support the Talent Management team with administrative tasks and communications.
• Foster strong relationships with existing linguists and help resolve their queries.
• Collaborate with project managers to forecast language resource needs.
• Organize training and orientation sessions for new linguists.
• Track recruitment effectiveness and suggest improvements.

• Experience in international environments and multitasking with ease.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• A proactive mindset with a knack for navigating change and ambiguity.

🌟 Bonus Skills:

• Knowledge of translation/localization workflows and technologies.
• Fluency in one or more non-English languages.
• Experience managing freelance linguist databases, contracts, and payments.
• Background in language services—especially in life sciences—is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools and Office applications.

🎓 Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in linguistics, business, HR—or 2+ years in vendor management within the language services industry.
