WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
As a Project Management Senior for Retail Brand Women's Construct, you will work with a diverse set of individuals, teams, and functions across Global & Geography organizations. This role reports directly to the Director of Planning & Operations for Global Retail Marketing and is encouraged to build and sustain strong relationships with Global Brand Marketing Field of Play Teams, Nike Stores, Marketplace, Retail Design, Visual Merchandising and Styling, and Planning & Operations function, in addition to outside vendors & agencies. You will work closely with Geography teams to both provide critical functional direction.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for an experienced Senior in project management to drive operational excellence for the Global Retail Marketing function, ensuring efficient and effective workflow process and business objectives are met.
This role requires an advanced level of problem solving using limited information to implement solutions with the ability to foresee most future implications. We are looking for someone that develops and manages operational initiatives to deliver tactical results.
Strong communication skills and ability to understand challenges or underlying concerns, share ideas, clarify or resolve discrepancies, and develop effective responses or elevate to higher management is, a critical skill to bring to this role.
The candidate needs to be a self-starter with the ability to work through ambiguity in a highly collaborative environment.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As a Project Management Senior for Retail Brand Women's Construct, you be responsible for planning and delivering retail marketing campaigns within seasonal CODE moments. As a member of the Planning & Operations function, this role will focus on Global Retail Brand delivery of Women's construct initiatives and priorities by operationalizing seasonal planning to deliver to the consumer & drive key pillars of project management: Code gates, workbacks, budget administration, X-functional process, agency partner management, and overall end to end delivery of Seasonal workstreams.
