What you will do:

  • Perform in-house service and repair of company products at established company repair site or service center
  • Perform maintenance, testing and calibration of repaired products
  • Diagnose mechanical, hardware, software and system failures using established procedures; Prepare reports for analysis of product failure trends and service ability issues
  • Communicate with field-based technicians for details helpful to failure diagnostics or repair, but generally without direct client contact
  • Safely operate forklifts and/or pallet trucks to unload, load, and move materials and products throughout the warehouse. Ensure proper stacking, storage, handling, tracking, packaging, labeling, and organization of inventory
  • Verify all outgoing shipments related to the trial rack, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment, timely, and smooth coordination with logistics partners
  • Maintain compliance with standard written procedures, quality documentation, and accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and changes to accessory stock
  • Assist with final quality inspection, assembly and production, and repair of marketing trial equipment as necessary

What you need:

Required

  • High School Diploma or GED/equivalent
  • At least 5 years of professional work experience; Higher education such as Associates or Bachelors may be considered as professional experiences
  • Ability to push, pull, lift, and/or carry up to 50 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds regularly
  • Strong visual acuity and manual dexterity to work with and inspect small objects and hand tools

Preferred

  • 1-2 years installation, service, or production line experience with Stryker is a plus, or 1-2 years industry experience with relevant field service experience
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in relevant field
  • Experience with technical processes such as troubleshooting, assembly, or quality

Travel Percentage: 10%
