Job Description:
This job is responsible for supporting multiple security engineering efforts to deliver enterprise security capabilities. Key responsibilities include serving as a subject matter expert of security technology, overseeing major engineering milestones including the design, development, and implementation of systems, and reporting on key metrics. Job expectations include executing on engineering initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams, solving complex issues within one or more security domains, and mentoring team members.

Position Summary

The Single Sign On (SSO) Integration Lead provides leadership and deep technical expertise in all SSO solutions offered and the process. Focus on setting technical direction on behalf of SSO with applications across the enterprise. Taking initiative to solve any technical debts in the solutions offered by partnering with SSO solutions and Engineering team. Proactively identifying the bottle necks in the current process and ability to solve them to make it better and faster.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of SSO integrations to the applications
  • Serves as Subject Matter Expertise on SSO technical knowledge and capabilities.
  • Will serve as lead for team of integrators and be a go-to person for the integration team on any technical questions or troubleshooting issues
  • Facilitates Weekly Office hour calls and provide consultation support through Emails or by attending meetings with application teams.
  • Review and Assign tickets weekly to the team on rotation basis with other leads.
  • Create changes to facilitate and maximize the throughput of integration requests through the team
  • Conduct Peer Reviews and coaches team as required on any knowledge gaps
  • Manage 1st level escalations from requestors and AITs in LLE / PROD.
  • Partner with other internal teams and be the point of contact from SSO teams
  • Able to grasp the bigger picture when offering solutions and solving the issues.
  • Able to identify non-standard requests and be the liaison between Architecture, SSO Solutions and application teams for the solution implementation and delivery
  • Provide coaching and/or training as necessary to help the integrator achieve this result
  • Good interpersonal communication skills for tech and business conversations
  • Good analytical skills to break down requirements, solve complex problems and provide reporting as needed
  • Encourage/foster an environment of continuous process improvement

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in building/developing applications from ideation to delivery. (Java, .Net or comparable coding language)
  • Strong hands-on experience in Identity & Authentication technologies including OAuth2/OIDC, SAML, FIDO/WebAuthn, and LDAP
  • Understanding on cloud security.
  • Team Lead experience
