ROLE SUMMARY 

Pfizer is undergoing a transition of its Corporate Card issuer and requires a Program Administrator (PA) to manage the roll out of new corporate cards to colleagues, which includes approving applications, answering questions, triaging issues, and conducting maintenance activities.   

The Program Administrator (PA) is responsible for partnering with the new card issuer to administer the country card program. PA’s are the only employees of the company authorized to administer the card program when contacting the card issuer. 

This role will demonstrate clear communication, outstanding customer service, and advanced problem-solving abilities. They will collaborate cross-functionally as appropriate.   

This role will be based in Thessaloniki, Greece and will work with the payments team, and other COEs as appropriate. The PA will report directly to the Americas Corporate Card and Travel Manager.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Serve as program Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide guidance and ensure global consistency 

  • Provide support for maintenance activities (i.e., credit line increases/address & name changes) 

  • Provide policy & procedure compliance support 

  • Manage late fees and delinquencies  

  • Manage additional PA registrations 

  • Serve as card issuer servicing main contact(s) 

  • Answer colleague application questions & approve applications 

  • Ensure applications are processed & cards are received  

  • Manage rollout of new cards or addition of new billing accounts 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS  

  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline 

  • Up to 2 years of experience in compliance, and customer focused operations with significant volumes and risk  

  • Fluency in English is a must; additional languages preferred 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills enabling effective communication with all levels of management 

  • Strong customer service skills and mindset 

  • Ability to engage with stakeholders to resolve issues and achieve objectives 

  • Ability to balance demand from multiple stakeholders

  • Good organizational skills to coordinate and manage multiple priorities 

  • Strength with multitasking and ensuring accurate detail 

  • Ability to work under pressure and to handle several projects at once 

  • High level of self-motivation, energy and flexibility 

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Experience with navigating regional complexity and requirements  

  • Strong technical skills in managing transactions within a global system 

  • Strong compliance experience and financial or corporate card background.  

  • Demonstrated ability to work as a team: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact 

  • Comfort with ambiguity, anticipates changes, and influences direction of innovative operational strategies 

  • Previous experience with pharmaceutical companies 

  • SAP / Ariba / Concur experience preferred 

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS 

 Position is based in Thessaloniki, Greece. Travel would be for work related needs only.
