In this position, you will manage operations, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure compliance while fostering a culture of excellence and customer focus. 

What will you be doing? 

• Lead and empower a team to achieve performance targets and deliver outstanding member experiences. 

• Manage workflows, training, and compliance across personal finance operations.

• Drive initiatives to reduce delinquency and support members through financial hardship. 

• Identify growth opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction through innovative solutions. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead and manage the Personal Finance Solutions team to achieve performance targets and deliver outstanding member service. 

• Oversee workflows, training, and resource allocation to maintain service levels and compliance. 

• Drive delinquency management strategies, including arrears control and hardship applications. 

• Identify growth opportunities within personal finance and enhance customer satisfaction through innovative solutions. 

• Ensure compliance with Responsible Lending Obligations, AML/CTF, and KYC regulations. 

• Champion continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to RAC Finance’s strategic goals. 

What We’re Looking For 

• Tertiary qualification in credit management (Cert IV desirable). 

• Proven experience in personal finance, debt management, and retention strategies. 

• Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams. 

• In-depth knowledge of the National Credit Code, privacy legislation, and financial hardship processes. 

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
