Project Role : Product Owner
Project Role Description : Drives the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer, following a human-centered design approach. Shapes and manages the product roadmap and product backlog and ensures the product team consistently deliver on the clients needs and wants. Validates and tests ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes.

Summary:
As a Product Owner, your day revolves around championing the customer s perspective to guide the product s development. You lead the creation and refinement of the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with client expectations. Throughout the day, you engage in continuous feedback cycles to validate concepts and adapt strategies, fostering a collaborative environment that drives the product team toward delivering meaningful solutions. Your role is pivotal in balancing vision with practical execution, enabling the team to respond dynamically to evolving needs and insights.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the development team to ensure clarity and alignment on product goals.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog to maximize value delivery and meet project timelines.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable product features.
- Excellent communication abilities to effectively convey product vision and requirements across diverse teams.
- Experience in agile methodologies to support iterative development and continuous improvement.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and make informed decisions under changing conditions.
- A collaborative mindset to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
