Job Description:

We’re looking for a Junior Campaign Developer who’s eager to make an impact! In this role, you’ll help clients create personalized, data-driven marketing campaigns that truly connect with their audiences. Working closely with marketing teams, data specialists, and designers, you’ll design, implement, and optimize multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement and growth. You’ll gain hands-on experience with leading platforms such as Selligent, Adobe, Braze, and Salesforce. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Campaign Development: Design, build, and implement automated marketing campaigns that deliver impactful results. 

  • Execution & Optimization: Launch campaigns, monitor performance, and continuously refine workflows for maximum impact. 

  • Testing & Troubleshooting: Perform thorough testing, ensure quality control, and resolve issues to guarantee seamless delivery. 

  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to meet client expectations and deliver campaigns to the highest standards. 

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with platform updates and best practices, adopting new techniques to enhance automation and performance. 

Requirements: 

  • Completed HBO or WO degree in a relevant field. 

  • Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and SQL—or the ambition to learn. 

  • Understanding of Marketing Automation concepts, including segmentation and data integration. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and optimize campaigns. 

  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results. 

  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and clear presentation of ideas. 

  • Experience as a Campaign Developer or Campaign Engineer is a plus.
