As a National Key Account Lead, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and leading a team of Key Account Managers. Your role will involve developing and implementing strategies that align with the company's commercial and strategic objectives. This role focuses on optimizing account management practices across all channels, ensuring adherence to corporate policies, and fostering a culture of excellence in client relations throughout the organization.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

1. Directly responsibility for the big private key accounts & manage the team of Key Account Manager in private segment.
2. Build strong relationship with key personnel of Key Accounts to build long term partnership, account satisfaction and add value to accounts to help build strategy and activities & act as a main contact for GSK’s Partners handling GSK’s key and high-level.
3. Develop good understanding of key account needs and help to resolve accounts issues and complaints & provide recommendations to management e.g. Commercial Director the opportunities for GSK vaccines
4. Build and execute Joint Cooperation Plan (JCP) - define and implement value propositions to grow vaccination rate in accounts via appropriated activities and strategies.
5. Set, monitor, and follow up activities targets for all key accounts.
6. Plan and monitor detailing activities, marketing activities, disease awareness activities to increase Vx penetration as plan;.
7. Ensuring the growth at the account contributed by orchestrating appropriate activities and the value propositions defined for each account.

Manage subordinates in the Account team of private channel.
8. Build and maintain interdepartmental and multi- local partners relationship to ensure smooth cooperation and effective internal quality across departments & units.
9. Direct management of key account A in private segment.
