Join Walmart’s eCommerce organization on the newly formed Site Content Strategy team as we build a legendary experience for Walmart’s digital customers. This position is responsible for developing Site Merchandising tools that create operational efficiencies, are built for scale, and result in high quality digital experiences for the Walmart.com customer. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who loves the challenge of transitioning large-scale people-powered processes to streamlined tech-enabled workflows with the ultimate goal of improving the content customers consume on Walmart.com .
You'll Make An Impact By...
• Lead development of a new suite of tools for site merchandising teams to create site content in a way that supports short and long term strategic initiatives for the site and are tightly connected to customer outcomes
• Develop tech-enabled workflows and integrate across multiple business functions (Site Strategy, Site Merchants, Creative, Copy, etc) to facilitate content generation and execution
• Understand the tech strategy and link between key workstreams (i.e. site tools, personalization arbitration engine, and the front-end discovery experience) to deliver a consistent and compelling customer journey
• Partner with UX to deliver tools that users love to use; capture business requirements and manage prioritization of all future enhancement requests
• Partner with product and analytics to establish new KPIs, metrics, and reporting to measure both operational efficiencies and improved customer outcomes
• Reduce operational overhead by shifting work from required manual inputs to human-in-the-loop auditing of automated inputs
• Implement effective change management strategies and training plans to gain adoption from multiple business functions
• Identify key business issues; communicate findings to senior leadership clearly and with influence to remove roadblocks and champion change
• Create strategic plans for the department; builds perspective on KPIs and aligns resources of department to achieve targets
• Develop and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce by diagnosing capability gaps; recruiting, selecting, and developing talent; supporting mentorship, workforce development, and succession planning
• Cultivate an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics by integrating these values into all programs and practices
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, business, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 8 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area including 3 years’ supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in computer science, program management, business or related field

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
