The Power Conversion branch of GE Vernova is seeking both emerging and experienced talent to become the next generation of experts and leaders in Power Electronics.
The Lead NPI Program Engineer – Power Electronics & Drives role is part of a multicultural, multigenerational, and diverse Power Electronics team reporting to the Technology Manager. The Technology team operates within Global Engineering, alongside the Systems team, Automation team, and Design Office.
In this role, you will lead the development, industrialization, and market introduction of next‑generation power electronics products. Success requires strong technical depth, cross‑functional leadership, supplier collaboration, and disciplined program execution. The ideal candidate thrives in complex global environments, demonstrates ownership, and consistently elevates team performance.
If you are passionate about designing and/or controlling Low, Medium, and High Voltage power electronic converters—delivering efficiencies above 98%, operating in environments with condensation risks, high vibration (marinized), shock resistance, and arc‑flash robustness—for Industrial, Oil & Gas, Marine, or Military applications, and if you are driven to push both your own limits and the limits of technology, this is the right opportunity, the right team, and the right company. GE Vernova offers a culture of integrity, ambition, and technical excellence.
