Bilingual inside Sales Representative

Description -

HP is looking for a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join the hp.com Canada sales team.  Your role will be to sell the HP portfolio of products and services directly to Small and Medium Business customers, achieving hp.com quarterly and annual sales quotas.  By applying best-in-class sales skills, you will work with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that will drive customer satisfaction and build long-term HP brand loyalty.  

Responsibilities:

  • Selling the HP products and services portfolio, including desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, ink and toner, services and accessories, to Small and Medium Business customers.

  • Building, growing and maintaining positive relationships with customers while driving revenue and margin generation. 

  • Executing inbound/outbound calls and emails with the goal of selling to new prospects and/or upgrading existing customers' products and services.

  • Implementing a consistent approach to identifying, evaluating, and recommending solutions based on customer needs.

  • Collaborating with assigned hp.com Sales Supervisor or business team as necessary to close high complexity sales.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Two-year University/ College degree preferred or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years sales experience with a proven track record of success.

  • Experience selling in a high volume, telephone-based sales environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to move leads through entire sales process independently.

  • Experience selling in a Small Business and/or Ecommerce sales organization preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • French and English verbal and written skills required with high fluency.

  • Self-motivation, strong ambition and passion for selling, relationship building and problem solving.

  • Ability to work in a high velocity, high performance environment where one’s growth potential is driven by one’s abilities and attitude.

  • Solution selling experience, including understanding of Small Business decision making and procurement.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • The ability to work independently or collaboratively with a high level of integrity.

  • General knowledge of IT industry and ability to learn and retain knowledge of HP products and solutions.

  • Proficiency with MS Office suite (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and CRM tools/systems (ex. Salesforce, MS Dynamics).
