The Technology & Innovation Organization is a strategic unit within HP that leads the development, governance, and deployment of advanced technologies—especially in the areas of Artificial Intelligence (AI), software engineering, and digital transformation. You will work for TIO division and strongly collaborating with Large Format Printing GBU, responsible for the business strategy, product portfolio and research and development for all HP Large Format Printing products at WW level, including HP DesignJet, HP PageWide XL, HP Latex and HP Stitch printers. HP leads this very dynamic market by bringing continuous innovation to our customers.

About the role:

• Explore and prototype automation solutions using AI/ML and Generative AI.
• Assist in building and deploying models or tools that improve internal processes.
• Experiment with cloud-based AI services (AWS, Azure, etc.) and APIs.
• Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to integrate AI into applications.
• Document your work, share learnings, and contribute to innovation within the team.

About you:

• Currently studying Computer Science, Data Science, Physics, Mathematics or related fields
• Availability to establish internship agreement with University during 12 months on a part time
• Availability to start early October 2025
• Solid foundations in Python and popular ML/AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
• Interest or basic knowledge of Generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, etc.)
• Familiarity with cloud concepts (compute, storage, APIs, serverless) and MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow)
• Passion for automation, problem-solving, and learning new technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to work with a group of peers
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
