YOUR MISSION: Note: The Client Service Director anchor job corresponds to the N°1 position for the Client Service activity at Brand, Region or Country level. HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? - Provide detailed product and service information, addressing complex customer inquiries with precision and clarity. - Accurately record and process custom and special orders, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely delivery. - Handle advanced issue escalations promptly, providing managerial approvals when necessary. - Initiate contact with allocated customers through calls or in-person meetings to foster new relationships and act as the primary point of contact for resolving queries and complaints. - Schedule follow-up actions and meticulously enter information into the CRM system after each customer interaction to maintain high-quality data for effective customer retention and business development. - Conduct thorough interviews with customers using a complex multilevel sales script to clarify requirements, and assist in interviewing potential customers, making detailed notes to capture client needs. - Deliver exceptional service to encourage continued use of the organization's products and services. - Develop a comprehensive understanding of the organization's policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory codes to ensure compliance and obtain necessary authorizations for any deviations. - Enhance personal capabilities through participation in assessment and development planning activities, as well as formal and informal training and coaching. - Stay informed about relevant technology, external regulations, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media. - Possess post-secondary non-tertiary education and be an experienced practitioner capable of working independently with very limited managerial experience.
