Job Summary:
The Sr Mgr-Marketing is responsible for product marketing strategy and deployment through the Go-to-Market (GTM) process to express brand and product campaigns and initiatives. Identifies and develops global seasonal marketing initiatives, pinnacle styles, and collections to drive marketing creative briefs through stories, product positioning, and key talking points from sell-in to sell-through. Works closely with cross-functional teams. Conducts marketing integration and gathering, socializing, and synthesizing internal and external inputs.
Responsibilities:
Oversees global Marketing Operations, primarily in support of a holistic GTM process.
Develops and presents GTM calendar, pinnacle styles, collections, campaign roadmaps, and product marketing briefs to marketing department managers and external agencies.
Manages the brand strategy department within Marketing. Oversees and improves process workflow, personnel efficiencies, and budgets. Oversees and facilitates the preparation of the annual budget of Marketing by acting as a liaison between Marketing and Finance to ensure all Marketing processes run smoothly.
Develops and maintains Marketing GTM process calendars. Oversees and facilitates the preparation of the GTM process calendar by acting as a liaison between all Marketing and interdisciplinary managers to ensure the process runs smoothly.
Directs and advises on all aspects of the global brand awareness, community engagement, and product conversion as it relates to global Marketing. As the Marketing lead, ensures all steps in the process are being adhered to in order to position Marketing for optimal success. Identifies and communicates content needs for key products and seasonal stories in collaboration with marketing managers.
Drives the development and continuation of productive working relationships between Sales, Product, eCommerce, and corresponding departments within the brand. Drives continuous communication between Product and Marketing teams and other stakeholders.
Develops integrated product marketing plans in collaboration with the brand creative, eCommerce, and wholesale to include advertising, public relations, promotions, retail, collateral, and web support. Develops product marketing briefs for Marketing department managers and external agencies. Consults and advises to ensure that product stories and plans are accurately and adequately represented in marketing campaigns at all consumer touchpoints. Collaborates with Marketing team to develop and implement marketing programs that will maximize the brand's awareness and sales.
Consults and advises Marketing team on representation of product online and at retail, captured on-location or in-studio. Consults and advises Product and Sales teams to determine product styles for product seeding and other sell-in marketing programs seasonally. Ensures studio editorial and on-location photography accurately captures product stories through collaboration with brand creative. Oversees development of messaging and positioning for products, driving consistent communication of the product across all platforms.

Additional Requirements:
• Bachelor's or masters degree, or applicable certification or equivalent experience.
• Typically requires 8 years functional experience.
• Experience managing both individual contributors and supervisors/managers.
• Manages employees in a global sub-function doing similar work or manages multiple teams doing similar work.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, in marketing, business or related field.
• Requires minimum 8 - 10 years of professional experience and strong competency with the various tools, systems, or procedures required to accomplish the job.
• Ability to manage, influence and present to senior leadership in GTM process- from sales, product and marketing
• Recommends changes in procedures.
• Exerts significant latitude in determining objectives.
• Manages, identifies and solves complex projects and carries out assignments independently.
• Applies analysis, based on in-depth research and critical thinking to recommend solutions. Impact is defined by value-added advice important to the final decisions.

• Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to deliver successful presentations to both small and large groups.

• Possess excellent analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Requires ability to troubleshoot, make difficult decisions independently, operate autonomously, manage multiple deadlines, and work effectively under pressure. Proven ability to manage people and projects.
• Must possess extremely well-developed ability to read, write, and speak English, including speaking to groups of varying sizes and those with English as a second language.
