Thomson Reuters is recruiting a Senior Software Implementation Specialist to partner with global clients and lead the implementation of ONESOURCE Pagero our e‑invoicing compliance solution into their systems. This role is well suited to a highly organized, collaborative, and analytically minded professional who is looking to deepen their career in software implementation while working with a diverse portfolio of clients. You will apply your coding knowledge, strong communication skills, and structured problem‑solving approach to resolve complex configuration challenges and ensure an exceptional level of service for our clients.

 

About the Role
In this opportunity as a Senior Implementation Specialist, you will:

  • Act as an implementation- and solution specialist in larger, cross-functional implementation projects or partner projects
  • Input onto project management activities including creating and updating project plans and timelines
  • Resolve customer support issues
  • Engage with other key teams within the business (e.g. the product, sales and support teams) and partner organizations.
  • Assist with presales activities – e.g. software demonstrations, scoping new prospects, etc.
  • Engage with other key teams such as Product Management & Engineering within Thomson Reuters as appropriate to deliver end to end solutions.
  • Customize and configure applications to agreed specifications.
  • Design, develop, and document project deliverables per project timelines and budgets agreed with customers.
  • Config, implement and test applications


About You
You’re a fit for the role of Senior Implementation Specialist if your background includes:

  • 3-5 years in IT integrations and configuration, preferably in e-invoicing.
  • Understanding of the AP/AR lifecycle and compliance regulations in the EU/APAC region for e-invoicing.
  • Delivering end-user and super-user training; make decisions on configurations and troubleshooting.
  • Acting as a specialist in large, cross-functional implementation and partner projects.
  • Contributing to project plans and timelines.
  • Resolving customer support issues.
  • Engaging with internal teams (product, sales, support) and partner organizations.
  • Assisting with presales activities like software demos and prospect scoping.
  • Customizing and configure applications as per specifications.
  • Involvement in application configuration, implementation, and testing.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish (other languages a plus).
