Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that the applications are aligned with the overall business objectives. You will also participate in testing and deployment activities, ensuring that the applications function seamlessly within the existing infrastructure. Your role will be pivotal in driving efficiency and effectiveness in business operations through technology. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HANA DB Administration. - Strong understanding of database management and optimization techniques. - Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting of SAP HANA databases. - Familiarity with data modeling and data provisioning in SAP HANA. - Knowledge of backup and recovery strategies for SAP HANA environments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HANA DB Administration. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
