How you will make a difference:  

• Be a key business partner to a range of non-financial and operational staff within the group
• Monthly KPI reporting
• Present financial metrics to key business stakeholders as part of monthly management meetings
• Support key business decisions, by helping senior management make decisions based on financial modelling
• Challenge and influence the operational teams on their costs and performance
• Support Month end work and management accounting
• Providing timely and accurate reporting and a high standard of analysis to enhance decision making
• Review and challenge costs across your business
• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
• Ad hoc reporting and analysis as required

What will make you stand out:   

• Communication skills are key. Being able to display and explain financial results to areas of the business and their impacts.
• Prior experience in a finance business partner role is preferred.
• AAT/ACCA or preferably CIMA qualified
• Study support can be provided
• Knowledge of SUN (Saphire) accounting software or similar
