Main duties and responsibilities:
• Develop web applications based on specifications in a best in class manner in IBM BAW (Business Automation Workflow), previously known as IBM BPM (Business Process Manager)
• Interact with different roles during the solution development cycle (requirement analysis, architecture and design, frontend/backend development, system integration, support)
• Assure that tools/applications meet Customer requirements
• Support & Maintain of own or internally developed tools/applications
• Solve problems (root-causes analysis, design change, implementation update, deployment)
• Perform code reviews and share best practices with colleagues
