As a Gen AI Lead, you will lead the strategic integration of artificial intelligence within the business context, driving innovation and transformation. You will oversee the analysis of processes, identify key areas for AI enhancement, and design advanced AI solutions that align with overarching strategic objectives. Your role will involve bridging the gap between technical AI expertise and business acumen, ensuring the successful implementation and delivery of AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the evaluation of client business processes to identify high-impact AI integration opportunities.
• Develop and execute comprehensive AI strategies and solutions that align with client business objectives.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI systems.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists and engineers on the creation of sophisticated machine learning models.
• Provide guidance on data governance, ethical AI practices, and regulatory compliance.
• Stay abreast of the latest AI trends and technologies to drive innovative solutions.
• Facilitate advanced training and change management initiatives to drive widespread AI adoption.
• Monitor and optimize AI system performance, recommending strategic improvements.
• Effectively communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Cultivate and nurture client relationships to ensure continuous support and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive proven experience in AI technologies and methodologies.
• Deep understanding of machine learning, data analytics, and advanced AI algorithms.
• Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and driving strategic initiatives.
• Proven track record of being a trusted advisor to clients.
• Exceptional project management and leadership skills.
• Ability to foster collaboration within a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Scandinavian language's and English.
