Abbott Ireland Diabetes Care Division Donegal  

The Abbott Diabetes Care division based in Donegal Town manufactures FreeStyle blood glucose test strips and FreeStyle Sensors for use in diabetes management. Among Abbott Diabetes Care leading brands are the FreeStyle Precision, FreeStyle Lite and FreeStyle Libre system. 

Main Purpose of the Role 

The candidate that fills this role will be responsible for providing administrative and general business support to the Operational Excellence and Business Intelligence teams at ADC Donegal.    

Main Responsibilities 

• General Business Support – PO processing, timesheet recording, Making travel arrangements 

• Communications – support Communications Specialist 

• Maintain Site Overview & associated collateral 

• Event management, office order execution, general support 

• Learning & Development: Support planning and execution of learning initiatives and other support to L&D Specialist 

• Support Operational Excellence/Business Intelligence department to achieve business priorities 

• Support relevant projects 

Education & Background 

• Bachelor's degree in business or similar discipline 

• 3 years' experience in similar support role
