How will you contribute to our magical experience?

The Coordinator, Content Strategy will join the team to coordinate and provide analytical support to Disney+’s content strategy across Latin America (SVOD), ensuring the proper execution of internal processes related to releases and local productions, and contributing to slate planning from a pan‑regional perspective.

The role monitors title performance and provides insights to support prioritization, localization, and growth opportunity decisions, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure regional and global alignment.

The Coordinator, Content Strategy will be responsible for:

Content Planning & Operational Coordination

  • Coordinate internal processes related to local productions and content releases, ensuring structure, tracking, and consistent execution.
  • Support slate planning processes and collaborate on the definition and planning of scheduling strategies, with a strong SVOD focus.
  • Coordinate content prioritization and contribute to alignment between regional needs and global guidelines.

Performance Tracking, Insights & Market Context

  • Monitor title performance across key metrics including consumption, acquisition, retention, and engagement; consolidate learnings and insights for the team.
  • Provide analysis of market trends and competitive landscape movements to support pan‑regional planning within established processes.

Business Cases & Executive Storytelling

  • Participate in the development of business cases for new projects, contributing analytical support and narrative development.
  • Contribute to executive presentations with clarity, concise storytelling, and a focus on actionable recommendations.

Data Management & Tools

  • Maintain up‑to‑date content databases and files, ensuring information accuracy and consistency across teams.
  • Leverage digital platforms and management tools to support planning, coordination, and tracking (e.g., Looker, Airtable, Google Drive).

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • Degree in Communications, Content, Economics, Finance, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
  • +1 years of experience in content, consulting, finance, research, or analytical roles within media, entertainment, or tech (streaming/media experience preferred).
  • SVOD Knowledge: Understanding of subscription metrics and SVOD business models; experience working with performance data.
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets and Google Drive ecosystem; data visualization and database tools (e.g., Looker, Airtable).
  • Upper intermediate level of English.
