As the Account Management Manager for the Global Business team, you will lead the Commercial Strategy and manage Key Accounts, focusing on the seamless integration of E-commerce/D2C Enablement, Affiliate and Influencer Marketing, and Digital Marketing. You are a critical Digital Commerce consultant responsible for driving the assigned brands' Revenue and business growth. This requires a deep understanding of developing Joint Business Plans with clients, overseeing daily E-commerce operations, and leveraging AnyMind's BPaaS technology (e.g., AnyX and AnyLogi) for long-term success.
What You'll Do
Strategic Account & Commercial Management: Develop and present integrated strategic plans for key accounts, covering E-commerce/D2C, Influencer Marketing, and Digital Marketing. Lead the development of Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and conduct regular performance reviews (weekly/monthly/quarterly).
D2C Operations & Strategy: Lead D2C and E-commerce consulting, manage day-to-day E-commerce operations for assigned accounts, and propose AnyMind's E-commerce enablement solutions (AnyX and AnyLogi) to optimize D2C operational efficiency.
Campaign & Promotion Oversight: Plan and coordinate the execution of promotional campaigns with external partners and negotiate for high-visibility placements on various platforms.
Revenue Generation & Growth: Be accountable for achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets (KPIs) and consistently identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Performance Analysis & Optimization: Consistently monitor, track, and analyze sales data (Sales, Traffic, Conversion, Customer Funnel). Provide detailed reports with actionable recommendations for business improvement.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Manage team members to achieve KPIs and drive business growth. Effectively coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Fulfillment Services, Marketing, Finance) to resolve issues impacting brand performance.
Who You Are
Must Have
Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Digital Marketing industry, Account Management, E-commerce Enablement, or a related field.
Direct experience or a deep understanding of E-commerce, D2C Strategy, Marketplace management (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop), or overall E-commerce operations is a key advantage.
Familiarity with E-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, or TikTok.
Proven ability to manage or lead a team (due to the Brand Commercial element).
Fluent in business-level English.
Nice to Have
Strong strategic thinking, logical problem-solving abilities, and excellent sales/presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and perform under pressure to meet targets.
Detail-oriented, possess a high sense of Ownership, and are enthusiastic about continuous learning.
