The primary responsibility of the Manager is to run process efficiently. Make strong contact with the partners. He/she should be strong at situational leadership. He/ She will assist leadership with the management of daily workflow to meet service level agreements, trains, and mentors’ staff; provides team statistical reporting to management; QC’s high financial and or high impact client experience transactions, in coordination with the US Team handles escalated questions / issues. All activity has direct participant/plan, regulatory and financial impact.
